Standard Features
Body: High alloy aluminum die-cast body is both light and durable. The cooling fan in the engine prevents overheating and is designed to ensure 40% continuous operation. Thanks to its completely closed body, it provides trouble-free service even in difficult and dusty environments.
Electromagnetic Brake: It is manufactured according to the latest technological system that provides electromagnetic braking. When the power is cut off, the brake is activated immediately, allowing immediate stopping.
Limit Switches: For safe use, it prevents overloading and cuts off the energy coming to the machine at the right place, thanks to the chain's contact with the limit switches at the top and bottom points.
Hook Block: The hook is made of forged steel and manufactured according to DIN15401 standard. It can rotate 360° around itself. Hook latch is available.
Transformer: 24 V Transformer cuts the circuit in case of electrical problems and ensures safe use even in the rain.
Electromagnetic Contactor: Safe use is ensured thanks to electromagnetic contactors at high frequency or frequency changes.
Phase Protection Relay: With the activation of the phase protection relay, the energy input to the machine is canceled in case of problems that may occur in energy supply or as a result of incorrect connection. In this way, problems arising from incorrect connection are prevented.
Push Button: It has IP 65 standard, emergency stop and on/off button. It provides easy use thanks to its light and robust structure.
